Before / after

From dirty to clean.

A tire that has driven across a construction site carries clay and stones out onto the road. After one pass through the system, none of it is left. Drag the slider and compare for yourself.

  • Tires, inner wheel faces and underbody
  • 20–40 seconds per vehicle

Wherever dirt leaves the site

As soon as vehicles drive from an unpaved area onto a public road, they take dirt with them. A wash system at the exit keeps it where it belongs.

  • Construction sites and civil engineering
  • Landfills
  • Recycling and transfer operations
  • Opencast mining and lime works
  • Remediation of contaminated land

Clean in seconds

  1. 01
Drive inWhen the light is green, the truck drives in at walking pace. An induction loop or radar starts the wash automatically.
  2. 02
WashFixed nozzles spray the water precisely onto tires, inner wheel faces and underbody. The cab and load stay dry.
  3. 03
RecycleThe dirty water flows into the settling tank, is filtered through a screen and reused. You remove the sludge with a vacuum tanker or excavator, without trouble-prone scraper chain conveyors.

Built to come clean

Six design decisions you will notice in operation.

Steel throughout

Hot-dip galvanized drive-through sections, central walkway with non-slip gratings.

Heavy-duty

Designed for a 15 t axle load. Even loaded vehicles can drive through.

Water routed inside the frame

Even after a vehicle strikes it, the system keeps working and can usually be repaired right there on site.

A brand-name pump at its heart

Proven over many years, because cutting corners here costs the most.

Maintenance-free triggering

Induction loop or radar instead of sensitive optical sensors.

Adjustable wash time

Matched to the ground, from light dust to heavy clay.

Drive-through module of the wheel wash system with gratings and side walls

Maintenance without contortions

The inspection and cleaning openings run along the entire length. Anyone who needs to check or clean something can reach every part.

Two things that are often overlooked

A clean finish without chemicals

Because the sediment settles out reliably in the settling tank, chemicals are unnecessary in most cases. That is good for the environment and for your operating costs.

Dirty road: who is liable?

As a rule, whoever caused the dirt, which usually means the site operator. If the road is not cleaned, the authorities can arrange the cleaning themselves and invoice you for it. A wheel wash system at the exit prevents this.

Frequently asked questions about wheel wash systems

How much does a truck wheel wash system cost?

Depending on the version, between €18,000 and €150,000. The range comes from the fact that we build both standard series systems and custom designs, and offer both new and used systems.

What your system costs depends on the length of the drive-through, the equipment and whether you buy or rent. We will give you the exact price after a short conversation about your site.

How long does it take to set up on site?

A few hours. The system arrives pre-assembled and is aligned, connected and filled – it is usually in operation the same day.

Does a wheel wash system need a permit?

No. The system works in a closed loop: the wash water flows into the settling tank, is filtered through a screen and reused. No water is discharged and no chemicals are used.
