Clean air in manufacturing

Welding fumes, grinding dust and oil and emulsion mist belong in the filter, not in your employees' lungs. The filter systems of Coa Air Solutions GmbH, an affiliated company, are manufactured at AKS in Sprockhövel.

Two system types, two tasks

One type takes the air from the hall, the other from the machine. Which one fits depends on where the contamination arises – both product lines come in several sizes.

Mobile air cleaner with two extendable air columns

Mobile air cleaners

Mobile air cleaners for welding and grinding stations. They capture welding fumes, fine dust and grinding dust where local extraction is not enough. Two-stage filtration, separating more than 99.95 per cent of particles.

Stationary filter units

Stationary filter units for oil and emulsion mist from the exhaust air of production machines. With coalescing filters and class H13 HEPA filters, designed for round-the-clock continuous operation.

Custom filter systems

When the standard does not fit: systems and filter elements tailored to your process. Design engineering and manufacturing come together under our roof.

Invisible, but dangerous

The finer the dust, the deeper it penetrates the body. Extraction and filtration protect everyone in the hall, not just the person wearing the mask.
